Hi I’m Vicky,
I know what it feels like to carry something you can't quite explain to other people. To look fine on the outside while anxiety quietly takes up more space than it should. To feel stuck, or overwhelmed, or just... not quite yourself.
My own introduction to hypnotherapy came from a fear of flying. A friend recommended Andrew Parr, one of the best hypnotherapists in the country. So I booked one session, just to get me on the plane. After we talked, Andrew said something that really hit me: "I can get you on a plane, but how about we sort out your anxiety?"
Six sessions later, something I'd carried for years was gone.
I went on to train with Andrew himself. As a single mum still very much in the thick of it, I understand that juggle from the inside, every single day. It's a big part of why I connect so well with the women I work with.
Today I work primarily with women in their 40s and 50s, women who are navigating big life changes, feeling the weight of anxiety, going through perimenopause, or simply reaching a point where they're ready to stop just coping and start actually feeling better.
These women are often capable, self-aware, and good at holding things together. They've frequently tried other things. What they haven't always tried is working with their subconscious mind, and that's where real, lasting change tends to happen.
My approach is calm, unhurried, and completely tailored to you. I see clients in person at my practice on The Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells, and online, which means wherever you are, we can work together.
