Hypnotherapy is a natural and deeply relaxing state of focused attention.
In this state, your mind becomes more open to positive change. We work with your subconscious mind where habits, beliefs, and emotional responses are formed to gently shift patterns and support lasting change in a way that feels calm and manageable.

What is a Virtual Gastric Band?
A virtual gastric band is a hypnotherapy technique designed to help your mind respond as though a gastric band has been fitted. The programme supports both the emotional and behavioural aspects of weight management in a calm and supportive way.

Hi, I’m Vicky, a qualified hypnotherapist based in Tunbridge Wells.
I support women who are ready to feel calmer, more in control, and more like themselves again.
Modern life can feel full and demanding, particularly when you are balancing work, family, and the quieter expectations you place on yourself. It’s not uncommon to appear as though you are coping on the outside, whilst feeling overwhelmed beneath the surface.
My introduction to hypnotherapy came from a personal place, using it to overcome a fear of flying. Experiencing that shift first-hand gave me a deep appreciation for how powerful it can be to work with the mind in a more considered and compassionate way.
I later went on to train with Andrew Parr, the therapist I worked with at the time, deepening both my understanding and my approach.
My work is calm, thoughtful, and tailored entirely to you.
Hypnotherapy works by gently accessing the subconscious mind, where many of our patterns, behaviours, and emotional responses are held. By working at this level, we can begin to create meaningful, lasting change.

I work out of a lovely space on The Pantiles , Tunbridge Wells which is approximately a ten minute walk from Tunbridge Wells Mainline Station and I also practise online.
